If you do not want to receive offers and/or promotional emails from us, you can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by sending an email to calmoen customer service with the subject line “NO SNAIL MAIL-calmoen ” and including your name, address and zip code. Please note that our emails are prepared before they are sent. Although we will remove your name from our mailing list upon receipt of your request, you may still receive emails from us prior to the removal of your name.
Changing Your Personal Information. We rely on you to update and correct your personal information. Our website allows you to modify or delete your account profile. If your website does not allow you to update or correct certain information, please contact us at the address described below.
Deleting Your Personal Information. Generally, we will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We will grant your request to delete your information if required by law. However, when we delete personal information, it will be deleted from our active databases, but it may remain in archives where deletion is impractical or impossible. In addition, we may retain your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and/or enforce any of our agreements.
Withdrawal of Consent. We rely on the personal information you provide to process it. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent to process your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide you with services. In certain circumstances, we may limit or deny your request to withdraw your consent if we are permitted or required to do so by law or if we cannot adequately verify your identity.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, as well as other information such as the purposes of the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal information has been or will be disclosed, the source of the personal information, and the retention and transfer of the personal information. Online Tracking. Some web browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or similar feature that signals to websites that visitors do not want their online activities and behavior to be tracked. Not all browsers offer a DNT option, and there is currently no industry consensus on how to recognize or respond to DNT signals.
For these reasons, calmoen does not currently respond to DNT signals. calmoen will endeavor to recognize commercially recognized opt-out signals (such as the Global Privacy Control). Recognition of this signal is done only for the device and/or browser transmitting the signal.
Automated Processing: In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to important decisions made based solely on automated processing (i.e., without human intervention), unless such decision is required or authorized by law.
Non-Discrimination/Relationship Rights: We will not discriminate against individuals who exercise any of the rights described in this Privacy Policy, nor will we retaliate against individuals who exercise those rights.
Right to Opt Out of the Use of Your Sensitive Personal Information (In Certain Cases and Where Permitted by Applicable Law): We will not disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those that cannot be restricted by applicable law.
Opt-Out of “Selling” or “Sharing” Personal Information. Under France law, our use of cookies or other tracking technologies is considered to be “selling” or “sharing” personal information (in this context, “sharing” means cross-context behavioral advertising). Children. calmoen.com is not directed to children. calmoen does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, and our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 submits personal information to calmoen, and we learn that the information is from a child under the age of 13, we will attempt to delete that information as quickly as possible. In addition, calmoen does not knowingly sell personal information of minors under the age of 16.
